BotRider User Agreement

1.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or generate on BotRider. However, by using the platform, you grant Ikarus Career a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, modify, and distribute such content solely for the operation and improvement of the platform.

1.2 Copyright Infringement & DMCA

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to properly submitted copyright infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1.3 Trademarks

Users may not use Ikarus Career or BotRider trademarks or logos without express permission. Likewise, users must not use any third-party trademarks in a way that infringes upon their rights.

2.1 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech, discriminatory or defamatory content
• Harassment, abuse, or threats
• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Promotion of illegal or harmful activities
• Misinformation not related to career advice

2.2 Community Guidelines

Users are expected to engage respectfully and stay career-focused. We encourage insightful, constructive, and inclusive interactions.

2.3 Reporting Violations

You may report misconduct or content violations at info@ikaruscareer.com. Our team will review and take necessary action in line with our moderation policy.

2.4 Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination at our discretion.

3.1 Privacy Policy

3.2 Data Usage

We collect data such as personality type, country, and interaction history to personalize recommendations. We do not sell personal data. Certain anonymized data may be used for internal analytics and improvement.

4.1 Limitation of Liability

Ikarus Career is not liable for user-generated content or for any decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations, including career changes or educational investments.

BotRider may contain links or references to third-party content. We are not responsible for the accuracy or practices of such sources.

4.3 AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: BotRider uses AI APIs that may occasionally generate inaccurate, biased, or outdated suggestions. Users are advised to verify career advice before acting on it. BotRider should be considered a guide, not a guarantee.

5.1 Moderation Policy

We use a combination of automated systems and human moderators to review content. Our goal is to maintain a safe, helpful, and career-oriented space.

5.2 Transparency

While we aim to explain moderation decisions where possible, some decisions may involve proprietary tools or be made to ensure platform safety.

5.3 Appeals Process

Users may appeal moderation actions by emailing info@ikaruscareer.com within 7 days of action.

6.1 Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

6.2 Arbitration

You agree to first attempt informal resolution. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) or, where the parties so agree, the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

7.1 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this agreement or platform policies. You may also request account deletion at any time.

7.2 Post-Termination Consequences

Upon termination, your access is revoked. Your data may be retained for legal or operational reasons, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
